Free accommodation will be arranged in a Hotel/ Resort free of cost for all female presenters (only), on a first-come-first basis. Those wishing to apply should write an email making the request at ieeeconference@nielit.ac.in with the subject "ACCOMMODATION".

Nearest AirportNearest Airport is Dehradun Airport located at Rishikesh Road, Dehradun. Prepaid taxis and luxury cabs are available at airport to commute across the city.
Railway StationDehradun Railway Station is nearest to the Venue of the conference. From stations prepaid three wheelers and taxis are available.
